"Great advice you can use today"
Review By B. Brazy
Our family is dealing with the deaths of two elder members, and the resulting estate administration. Attorney Medina's advice is spot-on. Although it's a slim book, it is very readable and contains valuable advice. Nugget: tax laws change over time, and so do your assets, so review your will/trust periodically. I also recommend ordering the companion book. Thanks to Mr Medina, I'll be contacting our estate attorney for a tune-up.
"A book like this is long overdue"
Review By David Roth
A book like this is long overdue. So many people are intimidated by, or hesitant to discuss, estate planning. Gifting it to family members now.

"A Sequel to Mr. Medina's Excellent Nest Egg Book!"
Review By Gary Garland, Esq.
I'm glad this book came out - I was waiting for it since I read Mr. Medina's excellent Make it Last - Ensuring Your Nest Egg is Around As Long As You Are.
"So glad I picked up this book."

Updating our decade old Will has been on my “to do list” for the past two years. I just happened to see this book on Amazon and thought it might be a good idea to “read up” a little before seeing a lawyer. It was an easy read, and actually very interesting. I expected it to be dry and boring, but I finished it in a few days. My husband read it too, and we’re now so much better informed. This book helped us to understand many of the fundamentals of wills and estate plans, what type of lawyer to look for, and even provided a list of the questions we should be asking before we hire one to write our estate plan. I’m thankful I picked this book, it was perfect.
